Phil Trepp is a dynamic and engaging broker dedicated to helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams. Prior to earning his license, he honed his customer service skills working for a luxury boutique hotel in southern California. Starting with the bell staff before serving as host for the hotel’s upscale rooftop restaurant, Phil refined his ability to understand his customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Phil’s transition to real estate was fueled by his long-held passion for the industry—and the desire to use his exceptional interpersonal skills to guide his clients through some of the most significant decisions of their lives, whether they are buying, selling, renting or investing in property. He has a natural ability to connect with people and approaches every transaction with his strong work ethic and the drive to achieve success on behalf of his clients. He is a good listener with the emotional intelligence to navigate any situation with grace and tact, providing a smooth experience for all parties involved.

A recent transplant to Chicago, Phil has come to know and love the city with all the passion and zeal of an established resident. He has spent time exploring the region from downtown to the suburbs and feels quite at home wherever he is.
